Marsden Preservation offer a general home condition survey service. How does this survey differ from what is already on offer from other providers?

Plainly and simply ,we will carry out a general survey of your property from roof to ground floor both internally and externally. We will identify any problems and advise as to the necessary remedial works. We will provide a cost we believe you should be paying to have the works carried out by a competent contractor. We will identify the costs as separate items so you know exactly what needs to be done and will indicate if the works are urgent or non urgent.

We carry out many surveys for longstanding clients every 2-3 years. This means the client is able to keep on top of maintenance and therefore minimising the risk of being faced with major unexpected repair works.
